Who is the camp for?

MOFIT Athlete Camp is built for serious middle and high school athletes (ages 14–18) who want to improve performance and gain a competitive edge. Whether your child is just getting started or already in-season, all experience levels are welcome. With a small camp size, coaching will be tailored to meet each athlete where they’re at.

Is this camp safe for my child?

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. Every session starts with warm-ups and movement prep. We teach proper lifting technique from day one, and all training is conducted under the close supervision of a qualified strength and conditioning coach. The focus is on smart, structured progress—not reckless intensity.

What will my child be doing during each session?

Each 60-minute session includes a full warm-up, mobility work, and technical drills. From there, athletes will rotate through strength training, explosive plyometric movements, and sport-neutral conditioning. We train for real performance: strength, speed, endurance, and control.

What if my child has no experience in the gym?

No problem. This camp is beginner-friendly, and your athlete won’t be the only one learning the ropes. We meet them where they are, build confidence quickly, and coach with clear instruction every step of the way.

What makes MOFIT Athlete Camp different from other youth fitness programs?

We’re not babysitting—we’re building athletes. Our focus is on raw strength, safe lifting, and developing the kind of movement quality that keeps athletes healthy and dominant long-term. With expert coaching, a capped group size, and training that works across all sports, this camp delivers serious results.

What happens if all spots fill up?

Camp size is limited to 12 athletes. Once we’re full, new sign-ups will be added to a wait-list. We’ll notify you if additional camp dates open up—so don’t wait to claim your spot.
